Great gift! The board is really nice quality and thick! The customer service is excellent! I received my order fast! On my order personalization I asked for main engagement word to be an initial . However, when I received the board , the word “MOM” was written in the middle of the board and in the middle of that were the initials I wanted. I contacted customer service and they corrected the issue but sending me a new board the way I originally ordered the item. I can’t wait to gift it to my friend. I highly recommend! I’ll definitely be ordering another for a gift in the future!
